ePilot.com has made many changes for the better.... First off, they have changed their look to a quicker loading, more streamlined interface and have done away with the pay to search concept. Secondly (and in our opinion most importantly) they are changing their focus more toward us the advertiser, assigning each of us a client services expert (CSE).

They still have work to do on the backend account manager, but they have promised many positive advancements in the near future in this area.
